
I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years, using various modalities such as counselling, EFT (tapping), Havening, META-Health and Bach Flower remedies.
I trained as a reflexologist because I wanted to work with the body, helping to create relaxation and balance for clients. I often bring my other therapeutic skills into sessions though as I am passionate about the mind-body link and believe that physical symptoms are often connected to our emotions and perceptions.
I am very intuitive and love working with the subtle energies of the body. I am also very interested in spirituality, an important but often neglected part of our wellbeing.

I published my first book in 2020, HELLO HAPPY! A Teenager’s Guide to Creating Positive Mental Health. I am currently writing a book for adults which is in the format of daily lessons to help reclaim peace, happiness and wellbeing.
When I am not being a reflexologist I love playing the cello, gardening, camping and walking in nature with my french bulldog, Kitty.
